As an Account Sales Representative at XIT CPAs, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and fostering long-term client relationships. This role combines client retention, new business acquisition, and additional value creation with existing clients, directly impacting the company's bottom line. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, understanding their goals, presenting high-value solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and professional communication.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve weekly and quarterly sales goals, focusing on new client acquisition and maximizing value-added services for existing clients.
  • Value Presentations: Lead impactful presentations for targeted clients, increasing from 5 per week initially to 25 per week by the end of the cycle.
  • Client Retention & Renewals: Oversee the renewal process, particularly for key TAS (tax advisory services) and CAS (custom accounting solutions) clients, and clearly demonstrate added value to secure renewals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records in the Pipedrive CRM, ensuring data integrity for seamless reporting and follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Participate in team strategy sessions and align with company goals, contributing insights from client interactions and market feedback.
  • Professional Standards: Adhere to company standards of conduct and protocol in all client and team interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of client needs and goals within the context of TAS and CAS offerings.
  • Persuasive communication skills with a focus on delivering high-value engagements.
  • Familiarity with Corevee, Thomson Reuters, and CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of client retention and new client acquisition.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Number of value presentations completed.
  • Number of new strategic clients onboarded.
  • Client retention and renewal rate for advisory clients.
  • Overall close rate for new business and add-on services.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary + Commission: Strong base salary offered depending on experience + uncapped commission percentage based on close rate performance and value of service sold.
  • Benefits: Unlimited PTO, remote work environment, QSEHRA health plan contribution, and 401K with a 3% match after 6 months.
  • Incentives: Bonuses and one-time performance-based incentive rewards.
