Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the accounting industry? Our growing CPA firm is seeking a highly motivated and organized CSR/Client Services Administrator to join our team.
As the CSR/Client Services Administrator, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks including scheduling, email management, phone calls, and collecting important documents from clients. You will also work closely with our team to keep projects moving forward and ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Collect important documents from clients and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate team member
- Assist with project management and ensure projects are moving forward on schedule
- Act as a liaison between clients and team members to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience in the accounting or financial services industry is a plus
